Our valuers are all members of the Australian Property Institute (API) with a minimum of a Bachelor University Degree educational standard. Both directors Trevor Crittle and Nicholas Bond have over 20 years of valuation experience.

Liam Jackson

Liam joined AVA Property in 2020 while completing an honours degree in Property and Valuation at RMIT University. Liam is a fully qualified Valuer and has experience in a range of commercial, industrial, retail, prestige residential and residential and commercial development valuations.

Brooke Rowntree

Brooke completed a Bachelor of Business in Property in 1999 at RMIT University and is a Certified Practising Valuer. She has previous experience specialising in Family Law and undertakes residential development and prestige residential.
