Trevor Crittle
Trevor was educated at Caulfield Grammar School and completed VCE in 1990. A Bachelor of Business (Property) was secured in 1994 from RMIT and Trevor became an associate member of the Australian Property Insitutue (certified practising valuer) in 1996. Trevor is also an associate member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Trevor is highly regarded as one of Victoria’s premier valuers of prestige residential property in the $3 million and above sector and values circa $1 billion dollars’ worth of high end residential property each year. Trevor has undertaken residential valuations of value in excess of $25 million representing some of the most prestigious private residences in Victoria and with numerous valuations in excess of $10 million. While the majority of his work is in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, Trevor also enjoys Lifestyle and Peninsula properties including prestige properties on the Mornington Peninsula ranging from multi‐acre hobby farm style properties through to Portsea cliff tops. Trevor also undertakes valuation and advice for residential development valuations, which tend to be high value developments in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Trevor also provides consultancy advice to the ‘Channel 9 Network’ and also undertakes consultancy advice for charity groups including ‘yourtown’ (previously known as ‘Boys Town’).
Trevor is married with three young children and in his spare time (which is very limited) he is a long suffering Carlton supporter, plays tennis and is a ‘foodie’ enjoying Melbourne’s plethora of high quality restaurants.
