Nick was educated at Scotch College before completing a Bachelor of Business (Property) at RMIT in 1994. Nick is an associate member of the Australia Property Institute and cut his teeth as a commercial valuer with a number of Melbourne’s larger valuation companies before founding AVA Property with Trevor in 2000.

Nick is experienced and accredited with all the major banks across the commercial sector undertaking valuations in all property sectors including commercial, retail, industrial and development valuations (residential and commercial) on property up to circa $30 million in capital value. A large part of his week involves peer review and mentoring the valuation staff at AVA.
Nick is married with three children, supports Hawthorn and enjoys staying fit and playing soccer when time permits.
