Director
Trevor commenced his professional
career at Sutherland Real Estate in 1994 where he undertook valuations for a broad
range of properties in terms of both type and location. The majority of work
undertaken at Sutherland Real Estate was circumstances involving
mortgagee-in-possession where he was directly responsible for setting
auction reserve prices. Similar work was also undertaken on behalf of
solicitors for court proceedings and he has also given professional advice
in court.
Prior to joining AVA, Trevor was Managing Director of Crittle Property Pty Ltd for
2 years in which time he provided valuation advice to both sellers and
purchasers, as well as undertaking valuations for mortgage security
purposes. Prior to establishing his own company Trevor was employed at one
of Melbourne’s larger valuation firms for 3 years where he jointly managed
the residential valuation department.
Trevor’s area of expertise includes valuations for residential development
and prestige residential property. Trevor has also undertaken valuations for
a broad range of retail, industrial and smaller-scale commercial properties
and also has experience in valuations for “non-conventional” property.
