Nick commenced his valuation career in 1993 & his experience included terms as a Senior Valuer at two of Melbourne’s larger valuation firms. Prior to this, Nick spent 3 years with the City of Melbourne where he became qualified.

During his valuation career, Nick has provided valuation advice for a variety of purposes including valuations for mortgage security, compensation and acquisition, rental reviews, matrimonial settlements, asset reporting, GST and insurance.

He has a diverse range of valuation experience having provided advice for a broad range of asset classes including residential, commercial, retail, industrial and various specialised property types including service stations, medical centres and hotels.
