Andrew began his valuation career in 1993. His professional career in the industry began with 3 years at the City of Melbourne undertaking both residential and commercial valuations for rating purposes. Andrew then spent 2 years at one of Melbourne’s largest valuation firms undertaking both residential and commercial valuations for mortgage security purposes. Prior to joining AVA Andrew spent 4 years at a large Melbourne City based Real Estate Practice undertaking mainly larger scale commercial and industrial valuations together with valuations for large residential developments. He also gained valuable experience in various types of valuations for specialised property.

During his career, Andrew has provided valuation advice for a broad range of purposes including but not limited to valuations for mortgage security, compensation, matrimonial settlements, rental review, asset reporting, GST and litigation. He has provided advice for a diverse range of property classes including commercial, retail, industrial and residential. Andrew also has extensive experience in valuations for development finance and advisory/feasibility consulting.
